Room temperature rice vermicelli noodles mixed with fresh herbs (basil, mint, cilantro), pickled carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, and choice of marinated protein (Beef, Pork, Shrimp or Tofu) topped with savory sweet and sour fish sauce.
